I just want to see you when you’re all alone
I just want to catch you if I can
I just want to be there when the morning light explodes, on your face it radiates, I can’t escape
I love you ’till the end
Ian and Allison had a fantastic day full of sunshine, laughter, hugs, kisses, and killer dance moves! Their ceremony was held outside the Fluvarium, near a little rock wall that was both beautiful and rugged; we all agreed it added a little Irish flare. Very fitting considering they played The Pogues ‘Love you till the end’ during the signing of the register! If I wasn’t working I probably would’ve balled like a baby; so sweet.
Joanne and I had a fantastic time hanging with Ian and Allison’s friends and family…it took about two seconds for us to feel at home at his parent’s house before the ceremony and then with the girls (both times! hahaha our secret right girls??). Of course it helps when all the boys are in their underwear; you can’t help but get familiar real quick. Yes, Blog, all part of the job.
Joanne helped me get a little abstract view of the dress…I love how it looks like a blooming flower…

Allison and Ian’s dog that they brought with them all the way from Ontario!

No one can resist a puppy!

The difference between men and women? This is how the guys chilled before the ceremony…football in tuxedos in 30 degree heat…

And then there’s the girls…champagne in the shade!

Allison’s dragonfly pin in memory of her aunt…so colorful and vivid…

Newlywed and lovin’ it!

I LOVED Allison’s dress! So simple yet divine…

Getting roasted at the reception…

At one point we couldn’t find the boys; we followed the smell of cigar smoke….

Allison with her mom and Ian’s mom…so much fun on the floor!…

To make sure the women had no excuse not to dance till the wee hours, Ian brought flip flops for everyone! Joanne and I even snagged a couple pairs…

The song was so good it hurt! Apparently….hahaha

Don-E and MaryAnn! Sorry I can’t be at your wedding but here’s a little something-something to remember the night…this shot just makes me smile
